GTA 6 Map Size — How Big Is Leonida vs the GTA 5 Map?

The short answer

The sources listed here do not establish a reproducible total area for GTA 6’s playable map. A comparison of individual cities or built-up areas does not, by itself, give the size of the whole playable world.

What is known

• The game is set in Leonida, the state that contains Vice City.
• Rockstar has named six regions: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga. The map overview covers each one.
• The cited official pages do not provide a total playable area or a readable, scaled map of its boundaries.
• The Vice City Collection includes a map poster. Its listing does not provide a map area or a comparison with GTA 5.

Can it be compared with GTA 5?

A numerical comparison of the two complete maps needs matching definitions: does it include land, water, interiors or only areas you can reach? Knowing there are six regions tells you none of that, and a screenshot without a scale cannot establish area.

First check whether a comparison refers to a city, built-up areas or the entire playable world. Those are different measurements. Any player measurement also needs a stated method and boundaries before it can support a whole-map ratio.
