GTA 6 prices in Taiwan

Taiwan’s PlayStation Store and Xbox Store list the same digital prices:

Both listings are digital. The Standard Edition is also sold elsewhere as a boxed download code, but the official Taiwan storefront pages do not list a disc: Rockstar Support states that no disc is included in the box. The Ultimate Edition is digital only.

The Ultimate Edition’s named items appear gradually across story chapters; Rockstar has not published a separate Taiwan price for the upgrade add-on, which the Taiwan PlayStation Store currently shows as unavailable.

What eligible purchases include

Purchases completed before the Taiwan store deadline include:

• Vintage Vice City Pack: a two-tone ‘55 Vapid Stanier sedan, a garage near Ocean Beach, outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and a weapon pattern. The pack guide covers the official contents.
• One month of GTA+: attached to eligible digital purchases. The published benefits apply to GTA Online, not to an announced GTA 6 online mode.

The Taiwan listings set the purchase deadline at November 19, 2026, 23:59:59. That is the regional storefront condition; do not substitute a retailer’s marketing copy for the official listing.

Each platform account can redeem the offer once. Refunding and buying again does not grant a second month. Existing members receive a one-month extension; after the free period, GTA+ renews at its regular monthly price unless cancelled.

Preload and release time in Taiwan

The Taiwan PlayStation listing offers a seven-day preload. With the November 19 release date, that begins on November 12. Rockstar Support separately says preload starts at local midnight.

The timestamp on the Taiwan PlayStation page converts to November 19 at 00:00 Taiwan time. The Xbox listing does not publish an exact time. The preload and launch-time guide explains why another region’s countdown should not be copied.

Language, rating and store labels

• Rating: Restricted, for ages 18 and over; the stores list sex, violence and drugs.
• Language: the PlayStation product name says Chinese/English/Korean version, while Xbox lists 13 supported languages. Neither listing separates voice audio from interface text and subtitles. See the language guide.
• PlayStation labels: one player, offline play, optional in-game purchases, Remote Play and PS5 Pro Enhanced.
• Xbox labels: single player, in-app purchases, Series X|S optimized, achievements and cloud saves.

These labels do not establish an online mode or explain what optional purchases contain.

Buying a boxed code or from another region

PlayStation download codes must match the account’s region group. Taiwan shares the Rest of Asia group with Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Xbox download codes are not region-locked. Rockstar recommends buying from a retailer in the country tied to the account.

The box contains a download code rather than a disc, so the full game still has to be downloaded. Installation size has not been announced; do not buy storage based on community estimates. The physical-edition answer explains the format.

Cancellations and purchase support

Rockstar Support directs PlayStation purchases to PlayStation Support, Xbox purchases to Xbox Support, Rockstar Store boxed orders to Xsolla and other retailer orders back to that retailer. Rockstar does not set the PlayStation or Xbox refund rules.

The September 17 event itself is recorded in the Taiwan pre-order news report. This guide maintains the current buying terms rather than retelling the announcement.
