Is there an official GTA 6 mission list?

A complete list has not been announced in the official material reviewed here. There is no verified sequence to follow, mission count to work toward or published list of rewards. Trailer scenes alone cannot establish where a mission starts or which chapter contains it.

The official story overview follows Jason and Lucia after a job goes wrong, pulling them into a criminal conspiracy across Leonida. Read the profiles of Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos for their backgrounds without turning that premise into a walkthrough.

What do we know about chapters?

Rockstar Support says Ultimate Edition bonus items unlock as players progress through the game’s chapters. It does not attach those items to named missions or publish a chapter total.
