Rockstar has not published an official cast list. Stephen Root and Brian Heder

Root answered yes when the Associated Press asked whether he was in the game. Variety then reported that his character is Brian Heder, the old-school drug runner from Rockstar’s official character profiles. GameSpot also reported the confirmation and noted that Rockstar had not released casting credits.

There are two layers here. Brian Heder is an 🟢 official character published by Rockstar. Stephen Root voicing him comes from the actor’s statement and press reports, and Rockstar has not announced it. When and how he said it is in the original news report.

Who voices Jason Duval?

Rockstar has not named Jason’s voice or performance actor. His official character profile confirms his background, his Army service, his work for local drug runners and his relationship with Lucia, but it contains no cast credit.

Search results and social posts attach performers to Jason. Without a Rockstar credit or an attributable statement from the performer, those names remain unverified.

Who voices Lucia Caminos?

Rockstar has not named Lucia’s voice or performance actor either. The Lucia Caminos profile confirms her prison background, family motivation and partnership with Jason; it does not identify a performer.

The official trailers also do not label actors. A resemblance, voice comparison or social-media theory is not enough to turn a person into a confirmed cast member.

What “cast” means on Rockstar’s site

Rockstar’s Only in Leonida page profiles eight character entries, including the two protagonists and the Real Dimez duo. Those are characters, not acting credits. The page publishes biographies and screenshots but no performer names.
